About us – Cortijo MaSy

Cortijo MaSy is a charming and tranquil holiday home in Andalusia, Southern Spain. We are Marco and Sylvia, and we have carefully chosen this special place in La Mela, near Sorbas, for anyone looking for peace, space, nature, and an authentic Spanish holiday.

We speak Dutch, English, and German. Our Spanish is still quite basic (little by little), but we are both actively learning the language. This ensures clear communication and a personal approach as we become more accustomed to Spanish life.

Our holiday home is situated in a natural, rural setting, far from mass tourism. Here, you will experience the silence of the Andalusian countryside, with plenty of privacy and views of the surrounding landscape. Cortijo MaSy is ideal for guests who want to relax, unwind, and enjoy the authentic South of Spain.

Authentic cortijo with modern comfort

The guest accommodation is a fully self-contained holiday home located on the upper floor of our cortijo. It is entirely separate from the private area and has its own entrance, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Outside, you have access to a large private roof terrace where you can relax in peace. Guests also have exclusive access to the swimming pool and garden area, which are reserved solely for guests. This ensures complete privacy and a relaxing stay both indoors and out.

Cortijo MaSy combines the character of a traditional Andalusian cortijo with modern comforts. We opted for warm earth tones, natural materials, and a Mediterranean atmosphere with a subtle Ibiza touch in the interior design. This creates an authentic feel while providing all the amenities for a pleasant stay.
