About us – Cortijo MaSy

Cortijo MaSy is a cozy and quiet holiday home located in Andalusia, southern Spain. We are Marco and Sylvia and have carefully selected this special place in La Mela, near Sorbas, for everyone looking for rest, space, nature, and an authentic Spanish holiday.

We speak Dutch, English, and German. Our Spanish is still very basic (poco a poco), but we are both actively working on learning the language. So we ensure clear communication and a personal approach while becoming more at home in Spanish life.

Our holiday home is located in a natural and rural environment, far from mass tourism. Here you experience the silence of the Andalusian countryside, with plenty of privacy and views of the surrounding landscape. Cortijo MaSy is ideal for guests who want to relax, unwind, and enjoy pure southern Spain.

Authentic cortijo with modern comfort

CortijoThe guest house is a fully independent holiday home and is located on the upper floor of our cortijo. It is completely separate from the private part and has its own entrance, ensuring privacy and rest. Inside you will find a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Outside you have a large private rooftop terrace where you can relax in peace. In addition, guests have exclusive access to the pool and garden area, which are exclusively intended for guests. So you also enjoy complete privacy and a relaxed stay outside.

Cortijo MaSy combines the character of a traditional Andalusian cortijo with modern comfort. We chose warm earth tones, natural materials, and a Mediterranean atmosphere with a subtle Ibiza touch in the interior design. So the house feels authentic, but it also offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
