These house rules are based on applicable Spanish regulations and local standards. By booking, you agree to the following conditions.
👤 Identification & registration (mandatory by law)
All guests must identify themselves (passport/ID)
Data is registered according to Spanish legislation
Only registered guests may stay in the accommodation
⏰ Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 10:00 at the latest
Deviations only in consultation
🔇 Rest & noise (strictly enforced in Spain)
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
No loud music, parties or events
Nuisance can lead to immediate termination of the stay
Any fines imposed by authorities will be charged to the guest
🚭 Smoking
Smoking inside is prohibited
Outdoor smoking allowed, provided it is safe and butts are disposed of
Fire hazard is taken very seriously in Andalusia
🐾 Pets
Pets not allowed unless agreed in writing beforehand
🏊♂️ Swimming pool & grounds (Spanish safety rules)
Use of the swimming pool and grounds is entirely at your own risk
No supervision present
Children always under adult supervision
No glassware by the swimming pool
🔥 Safety & energy
Open fire and candles only where permitted
Turn off air conditioning, lighting and appliances when absent
Close windows and doors due to heat, wind and safety
🧹 Cleaning & waste
Please leave the house tidy
Separate waste according to local rules
Extra cleaning or damage may be charged
🚫 Prohibited by Spanish law
Illegal activities
Smoking of prohibited substances
Rental or use by third parties
Commercial activities without permission
💥 Damage & liability
Report damage or defects immediately
Guest is liable for any damage caused
Landlord is not liable for loss, theft or injury
❗ Non-compliance
In case of violation of the house rules or Spanish legislation:
the stay can be terminated immediately
deposit (if applicable) will be retained
damage or fines will be charged
