🏡 **House Rules – Cortijo MaSy (Spain / Andalusia)**
These house rules are drawn up in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation and local standards. By making a reservation, you agree to the following conditions.
**Identification & registration (legally required)**
All guests must provide identification (passport/ID).
Data is registered in accordance with Spanish legislation
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation
⏰ Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
Deviations only in consultation
🔇 Rust and noise (strictly in Spain)
Rust times: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No loud music, parties or events
Disturbance may lead to immediate termination of the stay
Any fines imposed by the authorities will be passed on to the guest.
🚭 Roken
Smoking indoors is prohibited
Smoking allowed outside, provided it is safe and cigarette butts are cleaned up
Brand risk is taken very seriously in Andalusia
🐾 PETS
Pets not allowed, unless agreed in writing in advance
🏊♂️ Swimming pool & grounds (Spanish safety rules)
The use of the swimming pool and the grounds is entirely at your own risk.
No supervision present
Children always under the supervision of an adult
No glassware by the pool
🔥 Safety & Energy
Open fire and candles only where permitted
Air conditioning, lighting, and appliances off when absent
Ramen and doors close due to heat, wind, and safety.
🧹 Cleaning & waste
Leave the house neatly, please.
Separate waste according to local regulations
Additional cleaning or damage costs may be charged
🚫 Prohibited under Spanish law
Illegal activities
Drugs offences
Rental or use by third parties
Commercial activities without permission
💥 Damage & liability
Report damage or defects immediately
Guest is liable for any damage caused
Landlord is not liable for loss, theft or injury
**Non-compliance**
In case of violation of the house rules or Spanish law, the following may apply:
the stay be terminated immediately
body (if applicable) are withheld
damage or fines will be passed on
