Cancellation conditions

❌ Cancellation Conditions – Cortijo MaSy

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the following cancellation conditions.

1. Cancellation by the guest

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email or WhatsApp).

Up to 30 days before arrival

→ Free cancellation

29 to 14 days before arrival

→ 50% of the total rental amount will be charged

Within 14 days before arrival

→ 100% of the total rental amount will be charged

In case of no-show (not appearing without cancellation), 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

2. Cancellation by the landlord

If Cortijo MaSy is forced to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances:

the already paid amount will be fully refunded

or, if possible, an equivalent alternative will be offered

The landlord is not liable for further damage or costs.

3. Changes to the reservation

Changes are subject to availability

Any price differences can be recalculated

4. Travel and cancellation insurance

We strongly advise guests to take out their own travel and cancellation insurance. Cancellations due to personal circumstances, illness, travel problems, or weather conditions are the responsibility of the guest.

5. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government measures), a suitable solution will be sought in consultation, in accordance with Spanish legislation.

6. Applicable law

Spanish law applies to these cancellation conditions.
