Why is online check-in mandatory?

According to Spanish law, all tourist accommodations are required to register the identity of their guests and pass on this information to the competent authorities. This applies to hotels, apartments, B&Bs and holiday homes. Therefore, online check-in is a mandatory part of your reservation.

Where can I find the online check-in?

Online check-in is done via Guest ID.

The link to Guest ID can be found in your booking confirmation and on your invoice. At the bottom of the email or invoice, there is a QR code that you can scan or a link that you can click.

After opening the link, you will automatically receive an email from Check-in Scan. Through this email, you can easily follow the required steps.

How does it work?

Filling this out will only take a few minutes.

During the online check-in, we ask you to:

to check or complete your personal details;

a valid passport or identity card to scan or photograph;

to confirm the requested data.

Are you traveling with multiple guests? Then each guest must provide the requested information according to the instructions in Check-in Scan.

Safe handling of your data

Your data will be used exclusively to comply with the Spanish legal registration obligation. We handle all personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

When must check-in be completed?

We kindly request that you complete the online check-in no later than 24 hours before arrival. This allows us to welcome you quickly and ensures a smooth key handover, so you can immediately enjoy your stay.
