You can easily make a reservation through our website. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay. Do I have to pay a deposit? Yes. For each booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total stay costs. The deposit is mandatory for every reservation. Why is a deposit requested? The deposit serves as a guarantee for: any damage to the accommodation or inventory additional costs incurred due to non-compliance with the house rules This allows us to continue to guarantee the quality of the stay for all guests. When will I receive my deposit back? The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, provided that: the accommodation is left clean no damage is found the house rules have been respected When can (part of) the deposit be withheld? (Part of) the deposit can be withheld in case of: damage to the property or inventory loss of keys violation of house rules
