To make your stay at Cortijo MaSy as smooth as possible, we ask you to complete the online check-in before arrival.

Why is the online check-in mandatory?

According to Spanish law, all tourist accommodations are required to register the identity of their guests and pass this information on to the competent authorities. This applies to hotels, apartments, B&Bs, and holiday homes. Therefore, the online check-in is a mandatory part of your reservation.

Where can I find the online check-in?

The online check-in is done via Guest ID.

You will find the link to Guest ID in your booking confirmation and on your invoice. At the bottom of the email or invoice, there is a QR code that you can scan or a link that you can click.

After opening the link, you will automatically receive an email from Check-in Scan. Through this email, you will easily go through the necessary steps.

How does it work?

Filling in the form takes only a few minutes.

During the online check-in, we ask you to:

review or complete your personal information;

scan or take a photo of a valid passport or ID card;

confirm the requested data.

Traveling with multiple guests? Then each guest must provide the requested data according to the instructions in Check-in Scan.

Handling your data securely

Your data will only be used to comply with the Spanish legal registration obligation. We handle all personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR).

When must the check-in be completed?

We kindly ask you to complete the online check-in no later than 24 hours before arrival. This allows us to receive you quickly and ensures a smooth key handover, so you can immediately enjoy your stay.
